At theory11, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our luxury apparel and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, unwashed condition.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our studio, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
